Otter with Crab for Breakfast

An unforgettable encounter with this Otter.  This is the same otter from my kayaking trip in Scotland only when it caught this big crab it came right up the slipway where I was sat with my camera.  It devoured the whole thing and didn’t take its eyes off me for a moment.  Shooting directly into the harsh low sun made for some really challenging conditions to try and photograph but probably the best wild otter encounter I will ever have.
